Brief History-
Raised the daughter of a blacksmith Leesie was home schooled by her mother in the arts of being a good housewife, though in her teenage years they struggled to find her a suitor. Rumours and whispered words tainted the family causing most to stay away. They were all from Witches blood but suppressed their powers choosing to live 'the normal life' in town with other humans.
Though recently rumors became superstition and superstition became action, hunters taking it into their own hands. Seeking out witches or any they thought were not human to 'trial' them. There was no way out but death.
If you fought you would die sooner then pleading your innocence but ultimately you would die.
So the day came when they descended upon the home of family Smithson, Murdering the men and raping the women, fighting with all they had the family succumbed only Leesie was able to break free fleeing to the sound of her mother's plea and dying screams.
